​​​​​Cheshire also offers a lively arts scene with a diverse range of theatrical productions and live music events. From charming local theatres showcasing amateur performances in many of the villages like Knutsford, Tattenhall, Tarporley and Tarvin to name a few, to professional venues hosting acclaimed shows in Manchester and Liverpool as well as Llandudno, Shrewsbury and Crewe, there's something for everyone.  Not to mention enjoying a supurb evening of Opera in the heart of the Cheshire countryside at Clonter Opera.

The live music scene is equally dynamic, featuring everything from intimate acoustic sessions in Alexander's  Live in Chester and The Button Warehouse in Macclesfield, to the more lively concerts in spaces in many of the towns and of course in nearby Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham. Outdoor music and festivals are a large part of Cheshire and happen in many areas  around the county including in Delamere Forest, Tatton Park, Bolesworth and Britian's largest Techno dance festival 'Creamfields' takes place each year in Warrington.  So, whether you're a fan of drama or music, Cheshire's offerings promise a captivating and never ending experience.

The Royal Cheshire County Show is a large event in Cheshire, in fact it is one of the largest 2 day county shows in the Northwest.  The Anglesey Agricultural Show, not far away, is also fantastic with many displays of livestock, local produce, arts and crafts and lots of  equestrian events.

An important element of many family's decisions when moving  house or relocating is the accessibility of suitable schools, whether it be Primary, Secondary, Grammar, State or Independent.  Luckily in Cheshire we have many very well regarded schools from all sectors. There is good access to many highly regarded Grammar schools; on the Wirral,  towards Manchester and in Altrincham.  Leading Independant schools are in abundance; The Grange School, Hartford, The Kings School Macclesfield, Abbey Gate College, Chester, The Kings School, Chester, the list goes on.  Top performing state high schools include Lymm High School, Poynton High School, Bishops Heber High School and Christleton High School to name a few. The Hammond School, Chester offers specialist performing art training to students from school age up to degree level.​​

Cheshire is a picturesque county in North West England, nestled between the lively cities of Manchester, Liverpool and the scenic Peak District to the East. It boasts excellent connectivity with the M53, M56, and M6 making travel across the UK seamless. Then you have the quaint allure of Knutsford, Tarporley, and Alderley Edge, all with their many stylish  boutiques and atmospheric cafes and restaurants. ​​​​

When it comes to sport, Cheshire is an exceptional place to live.    It offers easy access to a variety of sporting facilities, with world-class football stadiums in Manchester and Liverpool just a short distance away, football enthusiasts can enjoy matches year-round. The breathtaking landscapes of Snowdonia provide fantastic hiking trails for outdoor lovers, while the beaches of the Wirral, North Wales and Anglesey are all so close.  Rhosneigr is perfect for kite surfing, and Abersoch's stunning coastline is the perfect place for sunny days boating, fishing, water skiing or sailing.
